One of the key components of industrial facilities is proper insulation. When that insulation is on equipment or pipes that are in high locations and hard to reach areas, certified rope inspectors with insulation training needs to be used.

NCCER mechanical insulation certification ensures that rope inspectors not only know about the proper conditions and methods for installing and inspecting pipe insulation. The same certification covers the fabrication and jacketing of vessels, piping, fittings and equipment.
