Refining, Petrochemicals, &Chemical Plants

Mining

In addition to the heavy equipment and the need for asset inspection, mining has surface mill, fuel storage tanks that require API 653 and API 510 inspections.
When these services are required in hard-to-access locations, rope-access certified inspectors are required.
As points of failure that can result in environmental damage and other hazards, these tanks are heavily regulated by Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 280.
